- DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
- In the event of a no-show without cancellation, the travel services provider has the right to charge your credit card for the first night's stay where you have booked accommodation with such service provider, or for the full price of the tour or other non-accommodation travel service in accordance with the travel service provider's terms and conditions.
- Every effort is made to ensure the travel services provider processes your bookings correctly.
- Your contract is with the travel services provider, not Hostelworld.com. It is the travel services provider's responsibility to provide you with the travel services.
- In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the deposit and that reservation fee you paid.
- Ratings shown on the website are the opinion of people who have booked and availed of the relevant travel services or have stayed in the relevant accommodation. We take no responsibility for the such opinions.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of Bookhostels.com. These conditions may be altered at any time by Bookhostels.com.
MAKING A RESERVATION
On making a reservation, you shall pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total value of your reservation together with a flat reservation fee of USD$2.00 per reservation. You will be responsible to the accommodation provider for payment of the balance of the accommodation cost together with the payment of charges for any additional services subsequently contracted for with the provider and, where applicable, payment of the provider's service charges and taxes pursuant to the terms and conditions of trade applied by the accommodation provider.
You must use a credit card to guarantee a reservation. By making a reservation with your credit card you authorise the accommodation provider to charge one nights room charge to your credit card without further reference to you in the event that you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours from your agreed check- in time or that you fail to arrive. Your non-arrival will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation. Amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed with the accommodation provider directly.
In making a reservation, it shall be your responsibility to disclose to the accommodation provider any physical or mental condition to which you or a member of your party is subject to and of which the accommodation provider should be notified and which may require special facilities.
WHEN A RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED
Bookhostels.com will issue the booking form on behalf of the provider for each reservation, but does not undertake to include charges for additional services or details of the service charge or taxes of the accommodation provider.
Bookhostels.com strongly recommends you check and confirm with the provider the precise terms and conditions upon which the accommodation provider makes the reserved service available to you upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The reservation numbers included on the booking confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellation or modification of the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS
Bookhostels.com do not accept responsibility for cancellations regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made.
Bookhostels.com shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by the person who has booked the accommodation.
NO LIABILITY IN CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION
Bookhostels.com makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorised charges appear on your credit card statement for that card used on Bookhostels.com at any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your credit card details on the Web site Bookhostels.com shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure.
WAIVER
Bookhostels.com's failure to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not be a waiver of them or the rights attaching to any of them.
HEADINGS
The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or scope of this Agreement or otherwise be given other legal effect.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookhostels.com reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which this web site is offered as well as the contents of this web site. This right shall not affect the existing terms and conditions accepted by you upon making a legitimate reservation or purchase using this web site.
GENERAL
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of Ireland courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this web site. Use of this web site is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions including without limitation this paragraph.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Bookhostels.com as a result of this agreement or use of this web site. Bookhostels.com’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Bookhostels.com’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this web site or information provided to or gathered by Bookhostels.com with respect to such use.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, including but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
